I would like to take this opportunity to thank those of you who supported me in my bid for re-election to the Precinct 1 Constable position. For the last 16 years, it has been an honor and a privilege serving you in your schools, neighborhoods and communities and that high level of public service I demand from myself and my deputies will continue.

On Saturday November 17, a huge crowd gathered at El Torrero Restaurant in the heart of Precinct 1 to show support for Constable Ruben C. Tejeda. The event was hosted by ACCD Board Member Jennifer Ramos and her mother, community activist Ida Ramos. Also on hand and speaking at the event was State Rep. Joe Farias and Harlandale Board Trustee Michael Tejeda.
